Photograph a box, cabinet, or drawer. Later, search for an item or storage location and return to the original photo to find it.
Getting started
- On the Snap tab, photograph the entire box, cabinet, or drawer, or choose a photo.
- Enter where the items are stored, then start recognition.
- Review the labels and boxes. Edit an item name, alias, or location if needed.
- Later, use the Find tab to search an item name, alias, text visible in the photo, or storage location.
- Open a result to highlight the matching item directly on the original photo.
Frequently asked questions
Why does recognition need an internet connection?
Initial recognition uses a cloud visual service. Afterward, the photo, recognition results, and search index stay on your device, and normal searches run locally.
What if recognition is wrong?
Open the photo details and tap the relevant item box to edit its name and aliases. You can edit the storage location there as well.
How do I delete a photo and its results?
On the Find tab, clear the search field, open the photo, select delete, and confirm. The photo, related item information, and local search-index entries are deleted together and cannot be recovered.
Will my photos return after changing devices or reinstalling?
Before reinstalling or changing devices, open Settings → Backup & migration, export all data, and save the ZIP file outside the App. Import that backup in the new installation. It contains original photos and saved item information, but not your balance, credentials or unfinished recognition tasks. Importing does not call cloud recognition or use credits. Backups are unencrypted; store them securely. The App does not provide automatic cloud photo backup.
What if purchased credits do not appear?
Keep the App online and reopen the purchase screen. The App automatically attempts to synchronize purchases and your balance. Apple handles payment. Do not repeat the same purchase while troubleshooting. If the balance still does not return, contact us with the approximate purchase time, credit pack, and non-card order information from the Apple receipt.
Why can’t I take or select a photo?
Check the App’s camera or photo permission in system settings. On recent iOS versions, the App uses the system photo picker and reads only the photo you explicitly select.
